As you may know, the Delmar Harvard property, now vacant and owned by the U City School District, is under option to be purchased and developed into a multi-family apartment complex. Our University Heights trustees were contacted by the Delmar Harvard development team, requesting that a neighborhood meeting be held so that they can address first-hand the questions, issues and concerns of our residents about their proposed development. We recommend you attend this informative and open session on their proposal. This is your chance to learn about the proposed complex, ask any questions of the development team, and express your opinions on the plans. Invite your neighbors too! The meeting details are below. Please contact one of the trustees with any questions.
